Joshua Twigg is the General Manager of Ruff Construction, playing a key role in the day to day operations of the company. A dynamic and creative leader, Joshua personifies the “whatever it takes” attitude that is the foundation of what Ruff Construction is built upon.
Through his participation in every role within the company—from scheduler, to estimator, to superintendent, to project manager, to overseeing operations and onward—Joshua has developed expertise in a magnitude of projects that require specialized skills, sensitivity to the unique construction process of working in the multi-family industry, and knowledge in all aspects of the construction process. He is a “hands on” manager who prides himself on being readily accessible to each and every project, employee and client!
As General Manager, Joshua has worked closely with Michael Johnson, spearheading innovation within the company to both better serve our clients and provide an enhanced and productive workplace for Ruff Construction employees. He plays a key leadership role in setting the strategic direction of our company and has helped in guiding our company through a challenging economic period marked by steady growth within Ruff Construction.
In addition to his zeal, Joshua is infused with compassion—devoting his free time volunteering in several youth programs throughout his community. Joshua, for several years, has volunteered in numerous organizations revolving around youth sports. He holds a position on the local little league Board of Directors, currently devoting his spare time coaching in the local high school feeder program in both baseball and football.
